Reminizing the year 1902
1902,Ilocano normal school was established through Act No.372 of philippine Commission.
Ilocano Normal school also known now as Ilocos Sur National High School.March 2,2019 the day were ISHNS celebrates its annual event the "117th Years of Ilocos Sur National High School" with the theme ,TRADITION OF EXCELLENCE:Championing Filipino Values Amidst Cultural Diversity and fast-paced Modernization. The event was started with the custome parade where every students of ISNHS joined the said event and were divided according on their grade levels.
At the afternoon the guest speaker the presence of ATTY.ALLAN BARCENA and at the same time the appearance of batch 1986. They were welcome respectively with the CAT OFFICERS and ISNHS marching band.
After the speech of the officials the FIELD DEMONSTRATION which is the most awaiting part and the highlight of the Event was started at 3'o clock in the afternoon. The field demonstration was divided into two groups;male and female.
Every year level has it own version of performance,own design of customes.
It was very traditional because every year this kind of activity is being demonstrate or visualizes.
It was very helpful for the students to learn how to dance and learn some new steps, but not only that students will learn how to respect one another and Discipline thy selves.
